These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 6bdtk (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://6bdtk.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the 6bdtk platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that:

Registration Requirements: During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document;

• A valid and active email address;

• A chosen username and a secure password for your account.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 6bdtk at any given time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 6bdtk employs automated and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and balances associated with the secondary accounts may be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 6bdtk is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent platform. As part of our KYC process, we may require you to submit documentation at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Acceptable documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid Bangladeshi passport;
• Driving licence issued by BRTA;
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, where required);

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 6bdtk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket accumulator boosts, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued on 6bdtk are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; any unmet wagering and associated bonus balance will expire at the end of that period.

Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% to 20%) compared to slots, which typically contribute at 100%. Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player is generally ineligible for a bonus if they:

Bonus Abuse: 6bdtk operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making deposits and withdrawals with no genuine intention to play, using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance cancelled and may be subject to permanent closure without further notice.

Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: 6bdtk reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes adjusting wagering requirements, expiry periods, and eligible games. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already in active use by eligible players at the time the change is implemented, except where required by applicable law or where the promotion has been exploited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6bdtk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; submitting forged or doctored KYC documents;
• Money Laundering: Using 6bdtk in any way that facilitates or assists money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account on 6bdtk, regardless of the identity details used;
• Collusion: Working with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional competition offered on the platform;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with 6bdtk games or betting markets in a way that is not consistent with genuine human play;
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any software bug, pricing error, odds error, or system malfunction to place wagers at incorrect odds or under incorrect conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Abuse of Staff: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language when communicating with 6bdtk support staff or other platform users via any channel;
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the 6bdtk platform for any commercial purpose — including advertising, affiliate activity not sanctioned by 6bdtk, or the resale of account access — without prior written authorisation from 6bdtk.

6bdtk employs a range of automated and manual monitoring procedures to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 6bdtk reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning, including but not limited to account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where warranted.
